Duck Hunt is a classic light gun shooter video game that brings retro arcade-style action straight to your screen. In this timeless favorite, players take on the role of a sharpshooter aiming to take down ducks as they fly across the display. Ducks appear either one or two at a time, and you’re equipped with three shots per round to bring them down before they vanish. Successfully hitting your targets earns you points, and if you meet the required number of ducks shot in a round, you’ll progress to the next level. Fail to meet the target, and it’s game over.
As you advance through the rounds, the challenge ramps up—ducks move faster, become trickier to hit, and the minimum number of targets you need to shoot increases. Every successful shot adds to your score, and if you manage to hit all ten targets in a single round, you’ll be rewarded with valuable bonus points. The game keeps track of your highest score throughout your current session, giving you something to strive for with each playthrough—though keep in mind, that high score resets when you power off the game.
