The cause of the blaze remains a mystery. Local residents claim to have seen a woman in a white dress, carrying a Petromax lamp, walking alone towards the guesthouse just before the fire. However, Nurul, a former employee, disputes this account. Nurul suspects the fire was an act of revenge by a dishonorably dismissed staff member, though she remains tight-lipped about the individual's identity.
