VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is an integral part of this ecosystem, seamlessly connecting consumers with their vehicles from purchase onward. This integrated app provides remote access to various vehicle functionalities via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity.
Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering and rejection, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks features such as remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, customizable driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Finally, BLE connectivity enables lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot opening, and a "ping my scooter" function.
The app also allows users to schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their ride to suit terrain or personal preference.
