Castle Duels introduces major new update and weekend warrior Blitz mode

Author : Harper Apr 01,2025

It's not often that I find myself eagerly planning my weekend activities in advance, but the latest major update to My.Games' Castle Duels has me excited to dive in starting this Friday! This update introduces significant new features, including the thrilling Blitz Mode, which promises to shake up the gameplay with its fast-paced action.

Blitz Mode, the star of this update, will be available exclusively from Friday to Sunday, offering a unique PvP challenge. In this mode, you'll have just one heart and a tight 3.5-minute window to prepare. Units automatically appear on the battlefield, and the quicker you finalize your setup, the stronger they become. Every second of strategizing is crucial!

Alongside Blitz Mode, the update introduces the Multifaction faction, which adds an intriguing twist to the game. Rather than a fixed roster, Multifaction features a rotating pool of units from various factions, each with unique unit portraits and weekly Faction Blessings. This ensures that your strategy must adapt constantly, keeping the gameplay fresh and exciting.

The update also includes the Starseeking event, kicking off on March 20th, which introduces the Cleaner, the first Multifaction unit, as an exclusive reward. Alongside the Cleaner, you'll encounter the legendary unit, The Undertaker, and the rare hero Terra. These new additions bring innovative twists to the existing gameplay, ensuring even seasoned players will encounter surprises.
