Clash Royale's Lumber Love Season: Berserker, Lumberjack Evolution, and More!
Supercell's Clash Royale has unleashed its Lumber Love season, packing in fresh content for fast-paced, strategically-rich battles. This update introduces a new card, a legendary evolution, multiple limited-time events, and the return of a fan-favorite game mode.
Leading the charge is the Berserker, a new 2-Elixir solo troop. Unlike typical low-cost swarm units, the Berserker prioritizes durability over sheer damage output, making her surprisingly resilient to many common spells. However, she's vulnerable to stronger melee units in one-on-one combat, requiring strategic support for maximum effectiveness. Consult our Clash Royale tier list for a detailed comparison!
Joining the Berserker is the Lumberjack Evolution, Clash Royale's second Legendary Evolution. This evolution adds a unique twist: upon defeat, the Lumberjack transforms into an invisible Lumberghost, active only while under the effects of his Rage ability.
This spectral form unleashes devastating attacks on towers, but isn't invincible. Spells can reveal him, and he's easily distracted by units or buildings outside his Rage radius.
February's events offer a variety of challenges and rewards:
- Super Touchdown: February 3rd-10th
- Power of Love: February 10th-17th (featuring mid-battle troop allegiance changes!)
- Runic Rampage: February 17th-24th (showcasing the Berserker and Rune Giant synergy)
- Lumberjack Evolution Draft Challenge: February 24th-March 3rd
All events provide rewards such as banner decorations and frames.
The popular 2v2 Ladder makes its comeback from February 10th-24th. Note that the 100 Crowns boost has been removed from the Diamond Pass in Pass Royale.
