It's advisable to handle the situation peacefully. This poacher is timid and can be persuaded to surrender without a fight. You have the option to release him or turn him over to the bailiff. If you choose to spare him, make sure to collect a piece of his poaching equipment as evidence.

Tracking down the second poacher proves to be more challenging. You might want to speak with NPCs marked by the quest to gain hints about his whereabouts. Alternatively, you can head straight to the designated location. This poacher is bolder and requires high persuasion skills to avoid conflict. In my experience, I had to resort to combat, resulting in his death, and I took his equipment as proof of the encounter.

The third poacher is found in Slatego Forest. For additional clues, talk to Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia. Before setting out, ensure you're ready to deal with wolves. Your journey involves visiting two spots: the first is an abandoned camp where the poacher once hid, and the second, further west, where you'll find wolves feasting on a corpse. After defeating the wolves, you'll discover that the corpse belongs to the missing poacher. Don't forget to collect a piece of his equipment as evidence.

Locating the fourth group is risky as you'll need to venture deep into the woods, where three poachers await. Rather than confronting them directly, your objective is to gather evidence. Examine three items at the site: a deer's corpse, its skin, and a hanging deer's carcass. After collecting this evidence, return to the gamekeeper, who will then arrange for officials to apprehend the criminals.

The final poacher you'll encounter is Hans, and finding him can be tricky due to the vast search area. He's located near some rocks on the western edge of the marked zone. As Henry cannot arrest his friend, your task is to secure Hans's poaching kit as evidence.
