Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Aladdin's adventure begins with a simple request: snap a photo with the Magic Carpet! Equip the Carpet as a Companion in your wardrobe, then take a selfie to complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, starting in Agrabah.
Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)
Level up Aladdin with his favorite gifts to unlock "Good As Gold." Aladdin needs your help casing Scrooge McDuck's shop to test his new security system. First, chat with Scrooge, then take photos of: the vault door, both staircases (aim for wide shots to capture all requirements efficiently). Afterward, speak with Aladdin. He'll suggest wearing dark, sporty attire (optional, but enhances the theme!).
Once dressed, talk to Aladdin. He'll instruct you to press the large red button to activate Scrooge's security system. The shop transforms, and you'll use the light switches to navigate, avoiding detection. This requires some experimentation; start with the center button, then work your way through the others, turning off lights strategically to avoid detection. The goal is to reach the vault button without triggering the alarms.
Collect four floating coins within the shop by gliding and interacting with them. Give these to Aladdin. More coins have escaped into Dreamlight Valley; collect nine more, scattered throughout the valley. Finally, return to Aladdin's house and give him the remaining coins. Take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then speak with both Aladdin and Scrooge before finishing the quest.
Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)
Aladdin wants a Dreamlight Magic Carpet! Talk to Merlin, who directs you to the Dreamlight Library for three books: Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique (located near the back left book pile, back right shelf, and left of the central desk).
Give the books to Aladdin. He’ll then send you to Minnie for crafting supplies: 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach), 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor), and 25 Fiber (Kristoff's stall or crafting). Bring these supplies to Aladdin's house.
Once the carpet is made, accept the Magic Scroll and interact with the carpet to make it fly. Aladdin will then lead a tour of Dreamlight Valley using the new glider skin. Remember, the Dreamlight Magic Carpet functions like other gliders; you'll need full energy to use it. Follow Aladdin's route (Plaza, Forest of Valor, Dazzle Beach, Peaceful Meadow, pier), taking in the sights. Complete the tour by speaking with Aladdin at the pier.
All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)
At Friendship Level 7, Aladdin wants to create an impressive bouquet for Jasmine. Gather 4 yellow flowers and 6 purple flowers, then give them to Aladdin. He'll then reveal he wants to give Jasmine something she truly loves—treasure!
Aladdin's scroll leads you to Ariel's island. Find the Golden Sun Piece, insert it into the tall rock, and then locate the broken pillar pieces (one buried, one in a barrel, one in the water). Interact with the Pillar, then take a photo.
Talk to Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel for clues (none will help). Return to Ariel's island; Jasmine will be there! She deciphers the symbols on the pillar pieces. Interact with the Golden Sun Piece for a clue ("From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers"). Arrange the pillar pieces correctly (water, seed, flower). Collect the treasure and give it to Aladdin to complete the quest.
Rewards from Aladdin’s Friendship Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Friendship level rewards include furniture, motifs, Star Coins, and clothing. Daily interactions, gifting, and dining with Aladdin will accelerate your friendship level.
