It's hard to believe that Disney, the studio behind beloved animated classics and… well, some live-action films, also gave us one of cinema's first major forays into digital effects with the original Tron in 1982. For fans of the sequel, Tron: Legacy, Disney Speedstorm's latest season is a must-play!
Launching March 6th, Season 12 ("On the Grid") brings a wave of new content. Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler (from the original Tron), and Zuse (the club owner from Tron: Legacy) join the roster as playable racers, each wielding unique neon-infused weaponry, including the iconic identity discs. While they may not be riding lightcycles (a surprising omission!), they'll be tearing up the track in stylish karts.
But that's not all! New Crew Members like Kevin Flynn, ISO, and Jarvis are also in the mix, adding even more depth to the gameplay. And to top it all off, a brand-new track awaits!
