Freedom Wars Remastered: How To Use The Cell Garden

Quick Links

The Cell Garden is a key location within your Panopticon, crucial to the early main story of Freedom Wars Remastered. Once discovered, it becomes a valuable resource farming area, offering a safer alternative to hazardous operations. Multiple Cell Gardens exist throughout the game, each accessed in the same manner regardless of your level. Let's explore how to find and utilize these gardens.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances In Freedom Wars Remastered

Your initial encounter with the Cell Garden involves a quest from Mattias, prompting you to investigate a mysterious ghost girl story. To begin, head to Level 2: 2-A000, the main cell block. In the left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to travel to 2-E165, the same area where you previously encountered Enzo.

From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process one last time; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that finally unlocks the Cell Garden.

This path remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. After completing the main quest related to the Cell Garden, you'll gain access at any time to this and other Cell Gardens. However, acquiring a specific Entitlement is highly recommended for efficiency.

Each device leading to the next room or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.

How Does The Cell Garden Work In Freedom Wars Remastered

The main story mission differs from the standard Cell Garden usage. Here's how it functions outside of the main quest:

  • A one-minute time limit applies before expulsion.
  • The room's layout changes randomly each visit.
  • Eight resource orbs (small green orbs) are scattered throughout the room.

To extend your time within the Cell Garden, purchase Entitlements from the Window on Liberty. Some layouts present puzzles that can complicate resource collection. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, becomes available at CODE level 3.
