The Iconic 'Time Machine' from Back to the Future Is Now Up for Grabs in CSR2

Get ready for a blast from the past in Zynga's *Custom Street Racer 2* (CSR2)! A special crossover event celebrates the 40th anniversary of *Back to the Future*, bringing the iconic DeLorean Time Machine to the game.

CSR2: Back to the Future

Starting today, you can collect and race the legendary DeLorean from the original 1985 film. While it may not offer performance boosts or special abilities, the fully drivable DeLorean is a must-have for any Back to the Future fan. But that's not all! CSR2 is launching a complete Back to the Future-themed experience.

This exciting crossover includes a custom in-game UI inspired by the film, a brand-new narrative, and multiple events. Three flash events spotlight the Time Machine, alongside a community competition. Zynga has confirmed additional themed events throughout the year, making this much more than a one-time update. Currently, CSR2 is hosting quizzes on their social media channels with chances to win prizes. Check them out here [ttpp].

Sadly, No Trips to 1955 (Yet!)

While the game doesn't offer time travel to 1955 (or Reverse: 1999!), the CSR2 x Back to the Future collaboration is truly unique. The chance to drive the legendary gull-winged DeLorean in-game is exciting enough!

Zynga's Vice President of Games, Sam Cooper, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, calling the Time Machine one of history's most recognizable and beloved cars. He highlighted the thrill of letting players virtually race this iconic vehicle while celebrating the movie's milestone anniversary.

Will you be adding the DeLorean to your garage? Download Custom Street Racer 2 from the Google Play Store and find out!
