Isekai: Slow Life – Earnings Guide

Author : Nicholas Mar 15,2025

In Isekai: Slow Life, efficient village management is crucial for progress. Gold fuels in-game activities, from educating students to climbing leaderboards, directly impacting your overall power and earnings. This guide details how to maximize income through strategic building upgrades, hiring, Fellow assignments, and more. New players should consult the Isekai: Slow Life Beginner’s Guide before optimizing earnings.

Understanding Village Earnings

Village earnings represent your gold per second, determining your rank in the Village Earnings Rank Rush event and overall advancement.

To check your earnings:

  1. Go to the Home screen.
  2. Tap the “i” icon next to your earnings (top left).
  3. View current and historical maximum earnings (the latter only applies to Rank Rush).

Building Upgrades and Hiring Staff

Buildings are vital for gold generation, unlocking as you progress. Upgrading them boosts earnings.

Increasing Earnings Through Buildings:

  • Hire staff: Improves building efficiency.
  • Upgrade buildings: Raises the hiring cap.
  • Assign Fellows: Optimizes production.

Each building has limited staff slots, expanding as follows:

  • Slot 2: 50 employees hired.
  • Slot 3: 200 employees hired.
  • Slot 4: 800 employees hired.
  • Slot 5: 5,000 employees hired.

For efficient Fellow leveling, see the Fellow Power-Up Guide. The Farmstead provides a +10% bonus per level to all buildings, making it a priority early on.

Maximizing Family Gathering Bonuses

Each Family member’s “Skill” section offers 36 gathering bonuses unlocked through intimacy.

Key Intimacy Levels for Earnings Bonuses:

100, 250, 550, 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000. Aim for at least level 550 on all Family members for a significant boost; upgrading multiple members to 550 is more efficient than a few to 5,000.

Increasing village earnings requires strategic planning and consistent upgrades. Hiring staff, optimizing Fellow placement, leveling key structures, and completing challenges steadily increase income and leaderboard rankings.
