Ventza's Treasure: A Blacksmith's Tale
Ventza's treasure map is obtained during the "Wedding Crashers" questline. By completing the blacksmith's tasks, specifically retrieving the stolen cart, you'll encounter Ventza. After a certain event, looting his body will yield the map.
