Mortal Kombat 1 has just revealed exciting new content with the introduction of Madam Bo, a formidable Kameo fighter set to join the game in March. Dive into the details of her arrival and the thrilling additions she brings to the roster!
Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo
New Kameo Fighter
Mortal Kombat 1 has released the official trailer showcasing the latest Kameo fighter, Madam Bo, the owner of Fengjian Teahouse. She will make her debut on March 18th, 2025, alongside the villainous guest character T-1000 from Terminator 2, as part of Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion.
Madam Bo, who previously appeared in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode, was initially defeated by Lin Kuei assassin Smoke. This event, however, was a strategic move to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Despite her unassuming appearance, Madam Bo is a powerful fighter, having been a former associate of the Lin Kuei and a skilled martial artist who trained both Raiden and Kung Lao.
The gameplay footage highlights Madam Bo's dynamic assistance to her pupils, delivering powerful kicks and punches, and smashing glass bottles. Her unique fatality involves a swift kick decapitating her opponent, followed by a graceful catch of the head on a tea tray.
T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut
Alongside Madam Bo, the cold and cunning T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day will join Mortal Kombat 1 as a playable character. This liquid metal assassin will utilize its shapeshifting abilities to attack with a sharp sword or a fully-armed machine gun.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion
Madam Bo and T-1000 are part of the Khaos Reigns expansion for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion extends Liu Kang’s New Era storyline with a new campaign and cinematic experience, where players will join Liu Kang in rallying his champions against the ruthless Titan Havik, who threatens the world and the New Era.
The Kombat Pack 2, which includes these new characters, has been rolling out since September 2024, starting with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax. Subsequent releases included Ghostface from the Scream franchise in November and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will complete this exciting lineup later this month.
