Mortal Kombat 1’s Secret Floyd Fight Isn’t Just a Cool Easter Egg, It Unlocks a Brand New Stage

Author : Oliver Mar 14,2025

As expected, Mortal Kombat 1 players have quickly uncovered the secret Floyd fight, mere hours after the release of guest character Conan the Barbarian. However, the exact method for triggering a battle with this mysterious pink ninja remains elusive.

Floyd, a once-rumored and now confirmed pink ninja, is available as a hidden opponent in Mortal Kombat 1. NetherRealm Studios' Ed Boon had teased fans for years with references to a pink ninja named Floyd. Back in 2023, Mortal Kombat dataminer TheThiny discovered text within the Mortal Kombat 1 game files referencing a character with that same name. Now, years later, Floyd is finally a playable character, albeit a hidden one.
