Necesse Villager Feeding Guide

In the survival game *Necesse*, keeping your settlers well-fed is crucial for their survival and your settlement's prosperity. Starvation is a real threat, but thankfully, feeding your villagers is straightforward. Simply ensure your chests are stocked with food. Once your villagers are assigned to a settlement's storage, they'll automatically retrieve and consume food when hungry.

Feeding Villagers in *Necesse*

You can manage villager feeding through the settlement menu, assigning work to each settler. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Craft a chest and place food inside.
  2. With the chest open, click "Settlement Storage" (top-right corner of the screen).
  3. Assign your villagers to that storage chest.

That's it! Hungry villagers will automatically head to the chest to eat. For a more efficient system, establish a cooking area within your settlement. Assign villagers to cooking and provide them with ingredients. Place chests within the cooking area for storage. This allows villagers to cook and feed themselves, minimizing your manual input.

Best Food for Feeding Villagers

Gourmet-tier food items are ideal for keeping your villagers satisfied. The Blueberry Cake recipe is a cost-effective and early-game option, making it a great choice for feeding your growing population.

That covers the essentials of feeding your villagers in *Necesse*. For more *Necesse* guides and tips, check out The Escapist!
