The Arkham series closely matches these requirements, unlike the more gun-focused Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
As the hiring process is in its early stages, the game is likely still in the conceptual phase. Industry expert Jason Schreier suggests that a new single-player Batman title, should it materialize, is several years away.
