Tower of God: New World Update – Hugo & David Arrive

Author : Madison Mar 13,2025

The world of Tower of God: New World just got a whole lot bigger and more exciting with Netmarble's latest update for Android and iOS! This update brings a wealth of new content, including two powerful new heroes, a thrilling new PvP mode, and a flurry of limited-time events.

Leading the charge are two incredible new characters: SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo, a Yellow Element Assassin commanding the Victor, and SSR [Unleashed Desire] David, a Purple Element Support and one of White's clones. Hugo's devastating Luxury Shield ability makes her a force to be reckoned with, while David's debuff removal skills are a strategic game-changer.

Prepare for battle in the brand-new Coliseum Arena, a multi-deck PvP mode offering real-time strategic combat. This weekly cycle arena features character bans and buffs based on previous season performance, with rewards like Expirable Titles up for grabs (Season 1 runs until March 19th).

ytBut that's not all! Several events are running until March 26th, offering a mountain of rewards. The [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo Festival lets you explore Hugo's Emily Talk Story, while the Hugo Release Celebration boasts Special Summons, Check-Ins, Boost Missions, and TapTap Plus, all rewarding you with Suspendiums and a chance at an SSR+ Hugo. The White Day ‘Sweet Popping Candy’ event lets you collect ‘Little Candy’ for SSR+ and SSR Soulstones, and an [S] Equipment Selection Chest. Finally, Hugo’s Luxury Festa! event offers up to 60 Gentleman Summon Tickets for completing missions.

New seasons for the Alliance Expedition and Revolution Room add even more depth and competition to the game.
