Pokémon TCG: Undervalued Triple-Pack Blisters – A Collector's Guide

The Pokémon TCG landscape is constantly shifting. Sets initially overlooked often skyrocket in value on the secondary market. Currently, several triple-pack blisters remain readily available at retail, but this window of opportunity is likely closing fast. With popular sets like Stellar Crown, Twilight Masquerade, Shrouded Fable, Obsidian Flames, and Paldean Fates generating significant buzz, these blisters offer excellent chances to acquire highly sought-after cards from the Scarlet & Violet era.

Why These Blisters Are a Smart Investment

I've already stocked up on a few of these myself. If you're planning any Pokémon TCG purchases before the end of 2025, these blisters represent exceptional value. Beyond the three booster packs, the promo cards within these sets are poised to become increasingly rare once they're out of print. Once collectors realize their potential, prices will undoubtedly surge.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown 3-Pack Blister

See it at Amazon

Stellar Crown is arguably the most undervalued set in the Scarlet & Violet series. While Temporal Forces and Twilight Masquerade receive considerable attention, Stellar Crown boasts incredible pulls. Special Illustration Rares like Terapagos ex (170/142) and Bulbasaur (143/142) are visually stunning, and their value is already appreciating. My personal favorite is Squirtle (148/142), capturing the playful charm of a classic Gen I Pokémon. The inherent value, both for immediate enjoyment and long-term investment, makes these blisters a worthwhile purchase. The set's rarity will only increase as collectors pursue the beautiful crystal-style Terastal Pokémon.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Twilight Masquerade 3-Pack Blister

£16.97 at Amazon

Twilight Masquerade is a set that many will likely regret not acquiring in greater quantities within a year or two. The primary reason? Greninja ex (214/167). Already commanding £300, its value shows no signs of decreasing. It's a perfect blend of nostalgia, exceptional artwork, and the enduring appeal of Greninja. Beyond Greninja, the set is brimming with desirable cards. Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (216/167) is a powerful card with a unique playstyle and captivating artwork reminiscent of Studio Ghibli. Cassiopeia (094/064) is a top-tier Trainer card, highly collectible and strategically valuable. These blisters offer a smart way to capitalize on the growing demand.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Shrouded Fable 3-Pack Blister

£13.99 at Amazon

Shrouded Fable, though overshadowed by larger Scarlet & Violet releases, presents a unique opportunity. Lower opening rates mean key cards are becoming scarcer, driving up value. Duskull (068/064) and Dusknoir (070/064) are already increasing in value due to their linked artwork and competitive viability. The Special Illustration Rare Pecharunt ex (093/064) is a standout Legendary promo, and the Pecharunt deck is highly popular. Persian (078/064), with its stunning Gen I artwork, is a potential sleeper hit for collectors.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet — Obsidian Flames 3-Pack Blister

£14.99 at Amazon

Obsidian Flames, surprisingly, hasn't received the attention it deserves as a Charizard-focused set. This makes the triple-pack blisters an incredible bargain. Charizard ex (Special Illustration Rare, 228/197) is the main draw, but even the regular Charizard ex (Ultra Rare, 125/197) is highly sought after. The historical value of Charizard-centric sets makes this a worthwhile investment. However, Ninetales (Illustration Rare, 190/197) is my personal favorite, featuring breathtaking artwork.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Paldean Fates Tech Sticker Collection

Paldean Fates is packed with Shiny Pokémon, making it exceptionally fun to open. The high number of Shiny Pokémon (over 130) and their pull rates contribute to the set's appeal. However, Shiny Pikachu (131/091), already fetching nearly £50, is a key reason to acquire these blisters now. Demand is only expected to rise. Shiny Gardevoir ex (233/091) is another visually stunning and playable card. For Gen I enthusiasts, Charmander (109/091) and Charmeleon (110/091) are essential additions to a strong Charizard deck.
