Unlocking and Befriending Lobo in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

This guide details how to unlock and invite Lobo, a wolf villager, to your campsite in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.

Unlocking Lobo:

Lobo becomes available as a potential contact anywhere between levels 20 and 39 of your Camp Manager level. You unlock two new villagers per level, but the specific villager is random. Therefore, you might unlock Lobo as early as level 20 or as late as level 39. Once unlocked, he'll appear randomly on your map every three hours.

If Lobo isn't appearing, use a Calling Card. This summons him for three hours. Here's how:

  1. Access your Contacts (the icon above your planner). Navigate to the wolf tab and locate Lobo.
  2. Select Lobo and choose "Call."

To expedite leveling up your Camp Manager, interact with other animals, fulfill their requests, and provide snacks. Each animal level-up grants you Camp Manager experience. Gulliver's Ship offers villager maps; completing these at Blathers's Treasure Trek unlocks villagers not obtainable through leveling, providing additional friendship points and experience.

Inviting Lobo to Your Campsite:

To invite Lobo to your campsite, he must reach friendship level 5. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

Item Cost (Bells) Materials Craft Time
Geometric Rug 320 x3 Paper, x3 Cotton 1 minute
Retro Fridge 560 x30 Steel 2 hours 30 mins
Cabin Armchair 650 x3 Wood, x3 Cotton 1 minute
Cabin Table 740 x30 Wood 3 hours 30 mins
Vintage Camera 1790 x3 Historical Essence, x30 Wood, x30 Steel 1 hour 30 mins

Complete Lobo's requests while he's on your map to quickly increase his friendship level. Use Request Tickets (3 per villager daily) for additional requests. Alternatively, gift him Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats (generic), or historical-themed treats like Plain, Tasty, or Gourmet Pound Cakes.

Completing Lobo's Special Request:

Once Lobo reaches level 10, you can undertake his special request. This involves crafting exclusive furniture for Happy Homeroom classes, rewarding you with +10 friendship points, 1000 Bells, a Request Ticket, and a Calling Card.

His special request requires crafting a Vintage Telephone (used in Meditative Room, Meditative Room 2, and Edo Zen Home 2 classes). This takes 18 hours and costs 9980 Bells, requiring:

  • x2 Sparkle Stones
  • x4 Historical Essence
  • x75 Wood
  • x75 Steel
