What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each match. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must be unlocked first.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands character area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%, with each level adding +1% area. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light bursts and causing explosions upon character damage. Unlock Condition: Reach Level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Provides +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Grants +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock Condition: Reach minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.
