  • Watch World of Warcraft streamers on Twitch for four hours between January 14th and February 4th to earn the Coward's Azure Target back transmog.
  • The Coward's Azure Target is a new Twitch Drop item.
  • Link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts, watch WoW streams, and claim the drop to add this transmog to your Collections.

World of Warcraft is offering a new back transmog, the Coward's Azure Target, as a Twitch Drop to celebrate the return of Plunderstorm. Watch four hours of any World of Warcraft stream on Twitch from January 14th to February 4th to claim this reward.

Plunderstorm, a battle royale mode introduced in early 2024, returns to World of Warcraft for a month-long event starting January 14th, offering both new and returning rewards via the Plunderstore.

But even without playing Plunderstorm, World of Warcraft fans can snag the Coward's Azure Target. This new back transmog is a Twitch Drop available for the first three weeks of Plunderstorm (January 14th - February 4th). Watch four hours of any World of Warcraft streamer on Twitch to earn it, regardless of whether they're playing Plunderstorm.

How to Get the World of Warcraft Plunderstorm Twitch Drop

  1. Connect your Battle.net and Twitch accounts through Twitch's Connections page.
  2. From January 14th, 10 AM PST, to February 4th, 10 AM PST, watch four hours of any World of Warcraft streamer on Twitch to earn the Coward's Azure Target.
  3. Claim the drop from your Twitch inventory.
  4. The Coward's Azure Target will automatically be added to your Warband transmog Collections.

The Coward's Azure Target is a brand-new transmog, a recolor of the Coward's Violet Target (awarded in August 2024 for completing the World of Warcraft Trading Post Traveler's Log). While the Violet Target wasn't universally loved, this free Twitch Drop is sure to be appreciated.

Those less enthused about this specific drop can look forward to plenty more World of Warcraft content soon. Besides Plunderstorm rewards, Patch 11.1 is imminent, introducing customizable campsites for the character select screen—a highly anticipated feature. Expect another Twitch Drop to celebrate Patch 11.1's release, offering even more free items for your adventures in Undermine.
