Learn to read music notes on a staff (solfeggio) in a fun way! Notes De Musique is a top-tier free app (no subscriptions!) for learning music notation. This free educational music game focuses on the musical staff, letting you learn to read notes while enjoying yourself, develop your ear through musical dictation, and explore many additional features.

Key Features:

  • Four Learning Types: Note reading, ear training (notes), chord reading, and ear training (chords).
  • Four Game Modes: Training, timed game (high score in 1 or 2 minutes), survival mode (game over on mistakes), and challenge mode (5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 notes!).
  • Three Notation Systems: Do-Re-Mi, C-D-E-F-G-A-B, and C-D-E-F-G-A-H.
  • Four Clefs Across Four Octaves: Treble, bass, alto, and tenor clefs.
  • Score Saving: Tracks scores by type and game mode.
  • Additional Features: Tuner, dashboard with streak tracking, and a chord dictionary (major, minor, 7(dom), 7 major, 7 minor, diminished, augmented chords).
