Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent branded gas stations and convenience stores, proudly presents its loyalty program. This program rewards both existing and new customers with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.
These rules govern participation in the Royal Petrol loyalty program.
A Participant is defined as any individual, 14 years of age or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and registered in the program according to these rules. Participants must possess a valid individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.
The Participant Questionnaire collects information from individuals seeking program enrollment. By completing the questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). This includes data used for advertising and informational mailings via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, and postal services; and processing via automated tools and electronic computers, including database creation. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing by the Participant.
A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible via the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Mobile Application is Royal Petrol's software for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.
Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as specified in the program terms. One Bonus point equals one Kazakhstani tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases at Royal Petrol stations.
A Program Participant's Bonus account contains registration data, accrued/redeemed Bonuses, and the current balance.
