Victory is achieved by capturing all enemy ports and preventing their recapture. Defeat comes when you lose all your ports and can't regain any. Train a strong army to secure your victories after naval battles, but remember, attacking fleets lose all their accompanying troops if the naval battle is lost.
Strategic Port Management Tips:
- Secure Oil Derricks: Early game, quickly seize unoccupied oil derricks using your warships and troops to boost your income. These initial derricks are the easiest to capture.
