The card hierarchy, from highest to lowest, is as follows: Ace (11 points), 3 (10 points), King (4 points), Knight (3 points), Jack (2 points), and then 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2 (which carry no value). When playing a trick, the first card played sets the suit for that round. All players must follow suit if possible, but if they don’t have a card of the leading suit, they can play any card. The trump suit always wins the trick, and when no trump is played, the highest card of the leading suit takes the trick.
