Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert

RuneScape's latest Dev’s Diary for April has just unveiled the exciting new update, "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly," a fresh quest that's now live and will run until April 28th. In this thrilling adventure, you're tasked with surviving the perilous Shifting Tombs and altering the fate of the desert, with the help of Leela and Ozan.

The Full Scoop on the Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The tension in the Kharidian desert escalates as Menaphos descends into chaos. Osman's shocking betrayal has left the city teetering on the brink of collapse. With the populace divided and the sinister presence of Amascut lurking in the shadows, the situation is dire. Escaping the Shifting Tombs is merely the first step in facing the looming threats ahead.

You won’t be tackling this challenge alone. Alongside Leela, you’ll gain new allies, including some adorable pets. Together, you'll delve into the ancient secrets of Menaphos and unravel the true intentions behind Osman's actions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Successfully completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with rewarding perks. You'll earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title of "The Rabble-Rouser," and a brand-new bracelet, "Leela’s Favour." This bracelet offers teleportation capabilities to all districts of Menaphos, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

However, "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly" isn't a quest for just any adventurer stepping out of Lumbridge. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the first quest "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands," and fulfillment of various objectives from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club.

Additionally, you must have constructed the appropriate structures in the Fort Forinthry storyline to meet Leela outside the gates of Menaphos and attempt to rescue the city from the brink. If you meet all these prerequisites, download the game from the Google Play Store and embark on your "Return to the Desert" adventure!

Stay tuned for our next piece on the cancellation of Netflix Stories, but don't worry, you can still enjoy playing it!
