Whether you're a seasoned player or new to Adopt Me, you can embark on a lunar journey by locating the spaceship next to the "Ready to Launch!" sign in the hub world. Keep an eye out for the NPC scientist, Lucy, who stands to the right of the blue-glowing bridge over the water, mentioning "Calibrating Lunar parameters."

Simply walk across the bridge to the ship, interact with it, and follow the quick-time event to blast off into space. Upon landing on the Moon, Lucy will be there to welcome you. You and your pets will automatically don space helmets, ensuring your safety as you explore this new environment.

The Moon serves as the home for the Royal Moon Egg, which you can unlock by collecting five Special Stars scattered across Adoption Island and the Moon's surface. This egg is particularly significant during Adopt Me's Lunar New Year event, as it can hatch up to eight new pets. Additionally, Moon Eggs are available but won't reveal their full potential until February 7, 2025.

As you explore, you'll encounter numerous glowing blue Shooting Stars, a key collectible on the Moon. These can be used at the Vending Machine on Adoption Island to acquire Pets and other items. New stars spawn daily until February 14, 2025, allowing you to collect up to 50 Shooting Stars per day during the Lunar New Year event. Make sure to gather as many as possible to maximize your benefits.

Leveraging the Moon's low gravity, some Shooting Stars are out of reach and require the use of steam geysers to access.
