Blue Archive Unveils Serenade Promenade Update with Idol-Themed Students

Author : Michael May 17,2025

Following the excitement of The Senses Descend update, Nexon has rolled out yet another thrilling update for Blue Archive, perfectly timed to resonate with fans. The Serenade Promenade event is now live, introducing two dazzling new idol-themed students, an engaging new story arc, and exciting news for those eager to play on PC.

Mari (Pop Idol) and Sakurako (Pop Idol) are the stars of the latest recruitment event in Blue Archive. Mari brings a stylish healing support to the game, converting extra healing into bonus HP while stacking up Fan Service, making her a must-have for any team focused on sustainability.

On the other hand, Sakurako excels at boosting Crit and Crit Dmg, not just for herself but also for Special Students, making her a perfect fit for teams that thrive on fast, high-damage bursts. Both idols will be available for recruitment only until April 28th, so don't miss the opportunity to add them to your roster before the event concludes.

The Serenade Promenade story event, which also launched on April 15th, invites players to step into the spotlight after completing Mission 2-3 (Normal). This event beautifully intertwines idol dreams with school-life drama in the signature Blue Archive style, and it will run until the same April 28th deadline.

Blue Archive Update HighlightsIn addition to these in-game updates, the developers have confirmed during their livestream that Blue Archive will soon be available on Steam. This is great news for PC players who will be able to sync their progress and enjoy the game across platforms. The team has also promised improvements to English localization.

Wrapping up the update, the new Chokmah (Special Armor) Final Restriction Release event is available until May 12th. This event offers a challenging boss fight with an armor-heavy twist. Defeat the highest stage, and you'll automatically unlock rewards from all the lower tiers, making it a rewarding experience without the need for extensive grinding.
