Be Born in Greece
Begin by creating a new life, selecting Greece as your birthplace. While character customization is up to you, the Crime Special Talent (available via Job Packs) provides a significant advantage for later tasks.
Maintain 100% Health
Maintaining perfect health requires a proactive approach. Avoid risky behaviors like excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, and unprotected sex. Instead, focus on health-boosting activities: regular gym visits, walks, seeking medical attention when needed, healthy eating, meditation, and alternative treatments like acupuncture. Prayer can also provide a temporary health boost.
Go to the Gym 10+ Times After Age 18
This is straightforward. Once you turn 18, navigate to Activities > Mind and Body > Gym. Secure a job to fund your gym habit. You don't need to hit the gym ten times in a single year; spread it out as needed. Accept any date offers you receive at the gym – it'll help with the marriage task.
Strangle 5+ Enemies
First, you need enemies. You may acquire enemies naturally, or you can proactively create them by navigating to your Relationship tab, selecting a friend, and choosing the "Become Enemies" option. Once you have enemies, go to Activities > Crime > Murder. Select an enemy and choose "Strangle Them" as the method. If this option doesn't appear, close and reopen the menu. Repeat until you've eliminated five enemies. Ideally, complete this task last, as jail time can hinder progress on other tasks.
