Division 2

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has kicked off its third season of year six, titled "Burden of Truth." This exciting new chapter beckons agents to immerse themselves further into the gripping narrative, embarking on a quest to locate Kelso in the heart of Washington, D.C. Utilizing her enigmatic clues, players will unravel deeper layers of the storyline, gaining insights into Lau's recruitment and the mysterious "Cassandra" mission.

A highlight of this season is the innovative Rogue Momentum system, which revolutionizes combat by promoting aggressive playstyles. As agents take down enemies and successfully complete combat challenges, they accumulate momentum. While standard kills contribute to this buildup, the system rewards players more generously for critical hits, skillful combinations, multi-kills, and defeating elite foes. As momentum builds, players unlock enhanced abilities, including accelerated movement, reduced reload times, increased damage output, and heightened firing rates. When momentum reaches its zenith, the Overcharge feature activates, significantly reducing ability cooldowns and allowing for relentless action.

Alongside these dynamic combat enhancements, "Burden of Truth" introduces an array of new weaponry and gear. Players with the Warlords of New York DLC and Year 1 Pass will benefit from an expanded inventory, gaining 50 additional slots. Standout items include the exotic SMG Oxpecker and the tactical Exodus gloves. The season also welcomes two new brands, Refactor and Shiny Monkey, offering fresh gear options. Additionally, named weapons such as the Rusty Classic RPK-74 and Goalie FAL come with unique talents, enabling players to fine-tune their builds to perfection. Available across all platforms, Ubisoft is keen to gather player feedback to enhance future updates.
