Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble Pre-Register Now

  • Battle against the odds in the Rustbowl Rumble tournament
  • Gather and enhance cards to strengthen your deck
  • Win the crowd's favor with your entertaining antics

Just in case you missed the news, Slothwerks has started taking pre-registration sign-ups for Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble—the studio’s forthcoming card brawler set in the whimsical universe of the Meteorfall series. As the art style alone might reveal (it still gives me Adventure Time vibes), the game embraces zany chaos without strict rules. You’ll face off with rivals in the Rustbowl Rumble event, charm the audience that cheers or jeers you in the arena, and pursue the elusive Mask of the Uberlich against foes like snotwolves and bearbearians.

And yes, it all sounds absolutely delightful to me.

In Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble, you’ll also enhance your odds of victory by upgrading your deck, cleverly using Wild Cards, and pulling off potent (if not always fair) combos with your modest team of three. With more than 200 cards to experiment with, you can improve your survival in turn-based fights. If it carries the spirit of Meteorfall: Krumit’s Tale (which I truly loved), it’s safe to expect a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
