As the chill of early spring lingers in the UK and beyond, Genshin Impact is set to ignite your gaming experience with its upcoming 5.5 update, launching on March 26th. Dubbed "Day of the Flame's Return," this update promises to bring warmth and excitement to players worldwide.
The centerpiece of this update is the introduction of the Great Volcano of Tollan in Natlan, featuring the long-hidden Sacred City of Tollan. Built by the ancient Dragonborn, this city holds the secrets of the Flamelord's Blessing, waiting to be uncovered by brave adventurers venturing into its depths.
Beyond the volcanic landscape, the update introduces the final tribe of Natlan, the Tribe of Plenty, alongside a formidable new Saurian, the Tatankasaurus. Known for its power to shatter massive rocks, this creature adds a thrilling new element to the Natlan region.
To aid players in navigating the dangers of the volcano, two new characters will join the roster. Varessa, a five-star Electro Catalyst user, unleashes devastating Electro damage, while Iansan, a four-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, enhances attack damage and provides healing to her allies.
Alongside these exciting additions, the 5.5 update will feature a new seasonal event called the Tournament of Glory in Bloom, as well as Event Wishes and more, all set to debut on March 26th. Prepare to dive back into Natlan with Genshin Impact's version 5.5, "Day of the Flame's Return."
