In Grand Theft Auto Online, players can enhance their gaming experience by leveling up various Statistics, with Strength being a key attribute that boosts resilience and physical power. A higher Strength level allows players to withstand more damage, excel in melee combat, and even climb ladders faster. However, increasing Strength can be challenging, but with the right strategies, it's achievable.

Good Old Fashioned Punching

Fighting Barehanded Raises Strength

Much like in games such as The Elder Scrolls, engaging in brawls can significantly improve your character's Strength in GTA Online. Given the prevalence of firearms, opportunities for fistfights are scarce, but they're worth seizing. Every 20 punches landed on an opponent, whether an AI pedestrian or another player, increases Strength by 1%. Teaming up with a friend to trade punches is a smart way to level up together.

Fail The Bar Resupply

It’s All About The Failed Delivery

With the Criminal Enterprises DLC, players can access the "Bar Resupply" mission by owning a Motorcycle Club Clubhouse Bar. This mission involves collecting and delivering supplies, but players can focus on the version where they must intimidate an NPC for the supply location. By repeatedly punching the NPC until the mission fails due to time constraints, players can still gain Strength from the punches. This method requires some patience to restart the mission until the desired parameters are met.

Get A Helping Hand

Cheat One’s Way To Strength Gains

In the world of GTA Online, alliances can be beneficial for more than just survival—they can help boost Strength. Players can exploit a loophole by having a friend sit in a car while they punch it for about 10 minutes. The game registers these punches as if they were targeting the character inside, thus contributing to Strength gains. Players can take turns, making it a social activity where they can chat about their day while leveling up.

Spam A Titan Of A Job

No Need To Steal A Plane

For an easier Strength boost, players can focus on fistfights in the mission "A Titan of a Job," available at Rank 24. Instead of stealing the Titan plane, players can head to a high-traffic area and start punching NPCs or other players. Since no Wanted Levels are triggered until reaching the airport, this is a prime opportunity to gain Strength experience.

Abuse Pier Pressure

Fight Everyone At The Beach

Another mission to exploit is "Pier Pressure," where players are supposed to intercept a drug deal. However, they can head to Del Perro Beach and start a punching spree. With no Wanted Levels at the beach, players can repeatedly punch NPCs to maximize their Strength.

Stall Death Metal

Another Way To Abuse No-Wanted Level Missions

In the "Death Metal" mission, players can delay the objective of sabotaging a drug deal to focus on Strength training. Without Wanted Levels, they can head to a populated area like the beach and punch civilians to increase their Strength.

Join A Fists-Only Deathmatch

For Fun, For Co-Leveling

Deathmatches in GTA Online can be customized to use only fists, making them a fun and effective way to boost Strength. Players can join or create such matches, knowing that others might also be looking to increase their Strength through fist-fighting.

Create A Survival Mission

Test A Game To Oblivion

Using the Content Creator, players can design a Survival mission with barehanded enemies at low difficulty. Testing this mission allows players to gain Strength, even though it's just a trial run.

Close The Metro For A Fistfight

Brute-Force NPCs Into A Chokehold

Metro stations are hotspots for NPC gatherings, making them ideal for Strength training. By blocking the entrance or exit with a large vehicle, players can trap NPCs and punch them to increase their Strength. As NPCs respawn, players can continue this strategy to significantly boost their Strength.

Get Golfing

A Casual Sport That Improves Strength

Surprisingly, Golf in GTA Online can also improve Strength. Higher Strength leads to longer drives, enhancing performance in this minigame. Players can access Golf via the map, invite friends, or compete with others, all while improving their Strength through gameplay.
