Monopoly GO, Star Wars Collab: Podracing, Lightsabers This Summer

Get ready for an interstellar adventure as Monopoly GO! launches into hyperspace with its latest collaboration event. Following the excitement of its Marvel collaboration last year, Monopoly GO x Star Wars promises to be one of the most thrilling crossovers Scopely has ever produced.

When Is the Monopoly GO x Star Wars Collab?

Mark your calendars! The event is set to begin on May 1st and will continue until July 2nd. The story unfolds in a delightful way, with PEG-E, the Monopoly GO robot, getting engrossed in a Star Wars movie in Mr. M's private cinema. Her fascination leads her and her friends into a dreamlike journey into the Star Wars universe, transforming the game from real estate and hotels into an epic battle between Jedi and Sith, light and dark.

During the Monopoly GO x Star Wars Collab, players can dive into a new Star Wars GO! sticker album. This isn't just any album; it's a comic book-style experience that reimagines parts of the Star Wars universe through PEG-E's imaginative lens. You'll encounter stickers featuring beloved characters like R2-D2, C-3PO, BB-8, Yoda, Mace Windu, Luke, Rey Skywalker, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, Grogu, Qui-Gon Jinn, and the Mandalorian.

The usual Monopoly GO events are getting a galactic makeover too. Expect to participate in mini-games set on iconic locations like Tatooine and the Mos Espa Grand Arena. You might even witness Qui-Gon and Mr. M engaging in some thrilling podracing action.

There’s More!

The event trailer, which premiered during Star Wars Celebration Japan, teases gameplay enveloped in Star Wars references, complete with lightsabers, space travel, and a galaxy-spanning atmosphere. Check out the Monopoly GO x Star Wars Collab trailer below to get a glimpse of what's in store:

In addition to the characters and stickers, players can collect various Star Wars-themed cosmetics, including tokens, shields, and emojis. Stay tuned to the game's social media pages for more news and updates throughout the event.

Don't miss out on this epic crossover. Download Monopoly GO from the Google Play Store and prepare to immerse yourself in the adventure starting May 1st.
