Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, often abbreviated as HoWA, are among the most sought-after and valuable unique items in Path of Exile 2. These gloves are a game-changer for numerous builds and are highly prized due to their rarity and power. If you're aiming to enhance your endgame setup for mapping or bossing, securing a pair of HoWA is essential. Let's explore how you can obtain these coveted gloves.
How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2
To acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action, you'll need to defeat Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss. Xesht can be found in the Twisted Domain, which you can access through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone. The Realmgate is conveniently located next to the starting point on the Atlas, which you can easily locate by clicking the home icon to focus the camera there.
Alternatively, you can purchase HoWA from the official Path of Exile 2 trading website. Be prepared, though, as even the least desirable HoWA can command a price of multiple divines due to their high demand.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two primary methods to obtain a
Breachstone in PoE 2:
- Combining Breach Splinters: You can gather 300
Breach Splinters by farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas. These splinters are relatively common, but amassing 300 of them will require you to clear numerous Breaches. Once you have the required amount, stack them together to create a Breachstone.
- Using the Currency Exchange: You can also buy Breach Splinters and Breachstones from the in-game Currency Exchange by speaking with Alva and placing an order. The current market rate for a Breachstone is approximately 50-60
Exalted Orbs, though prices may vary based on market fluctuations.
For the ideal Hand of Wisdom and Action, you should aim for at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage per 10 Intelligence, and two rune Socket slots. Achieving these perfect rolls requires using a Vaal Orb on your HoWA.
Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action
Unfortunately, no. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is exclusively dropped by Xesht, We That Are One, and is not included in the standard loot table. This means you cannot use an
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to try and obtain it. Unlike items such as Astramentis,
Headhunter, or
Polcirkeln, HoWA cannot be chanced.
