The highly anticipated 0.3.4 update for Schedule I, the viral hit drug dealer simulator, has been released by developer Tyler after a brief testing phase. The update, detailed in the Steam patch notes, marks the first significant content expansion since the game's explosive launch into early access on March 24.

In a post on Steam, Tyler apologized for the delay in rolling out the update, stating, “I'm still ironing out the update/testing process.” He reassured players that future updates would be smoother and more timely, with larger monthly updates planned to start next month.

Looking ahead, Tyler outlined his priorities for upcoming patches, focusing on resolving remaining bugs such as ensuring consistent employee performance, preventing save game corruption, and minimizing disconnections and loading issues in multiplayer. Additionally, he aims to enhance optimization and secure Steam Deck verification for Schedule I, which will serve as a performance benchmark.

For players eager to dive deeper into the game, IGN's Schedule I guide offers comprehensive insights into basics of mixing recipes, creating new blends to maximize profit, accessing console commands, and the fastest way to engage in multiplayer co-op to conquer Hyland Point with friends.

PlaySchedule I quickly rose to become the top-selling game on Steam upon its launch, outpacing big names like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals after going viral across social media, Twitch, and YouTube. In Schedule I, players start as small-time drug dealers and work their way up to becoming kingpins, managing the manufacture and distribution of various drugs in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Expansion of your empire is possible through acquiring properties, businesses, and hiring employees.

Developed and published by TVGS, the Australian indie developer Tyler, who goes by the moniker, found the game's explosive launch "amazing but pretty overwhelming." In a reddit post, Tyler expressed his surprise at the overwhelming response, stating, “I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched.”
