Preparing Your Steam Deck for EmuDeck

Before installing EmuDeck, ensure you have these prerequisites:

Activate Developer Mode:

1. Press the Steam button.
2. Go to System > System Settings.
3. Enable Developer Mode.
4. In the new Developer menu, go to Miscellaneous and enable CEF Remote Debugging.
5. Restart your Steam Deck.

Recommended Items:

• An A2 microSD card (or external HDD connected via dock) for storing ROMs and emulators, preserving your internal SSD for Steam games.
