Clash Royale has finally introduced the highly anticipated evolution upgrade for its Inferno Dragon. This legendary fiery creature received its first major enhancement nearly a decade after its initial release. To celebrate this milestone, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative unveiling.

The mischievous dragon temporarily abandons its battle duties to pursue Hollywood dreams.

The evolved Inferno Dragon introduces significant gameplay improvements. Unlike its base version which resets damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its escalating damage output.
Dragon Evolution Ushers in New Season
The How to Evolve Your Dragon! season brings both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the return of the 2v2 League, enabling cooperative ranking with friends or random partners.
Arena 7 players can access Milestone Events offering rewards including Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Book of Cards, and special Cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 provides a decorated Battle Banner plus an Epic Book, while Crown Chase #2 delivers another Banner with Evolution Shards.
Throughout June and early July, special Game Modes and Challenges will highlight new Evolution cards. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) awarding a Banner and Emote.
Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) permits 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows (June 16-23) before 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). The season concludes with Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) allowing up to 8 Evolution Cards.
