The Parabolic Microphone is a crucial tool in Phasmophobia, aiding in ghost detection through sound. This guide details its unlocking and effective use.

  • Tier 2: Unlocked at Level 31. Upgrade cost: $3,000.
  • Tier 3: Unlocked at Level 72. Upgrade cost: $5,000.

Effective Use Strategies:

  • Ghost Location Tracking: On medium/large maps, the microphone helps locate ghosts by detecting their sounds (e.g., object throwing, door movement, voice).
  • Optional Objectives: Completing objectives requiring ghost voice recording is simplified.
  • Ghost Identification: Unique sounds from ghosts like the Deogen or Banshee are only detectable with this microphone.

The Parabolic Microphone is a valuable asset in your Phasmophobia arsenal. Consult The Escapist for more guides and news on the game.

Phasmophobia is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
