The Old School RuneScape Sixth Anniversary update focuses on enhancing gameplay through significant and subtle improvements for a smoother, faster, and more personalized experience. Expect expanded customization options, a revamped mobile interface, Side Stones, hotkeys, and more.

The redesigned UI allows for highly personalized setups. Side Stones, acting as a central combat and gameplay hub, provide quick access to inventory, equipment, spells, and friends. Five on-screen hotkeys streamline actions, with easy switching between up to three customizable layouts for efficient multitasking.

The Menu Entry Swapper (MES) lets players modify interactions with NPCs and items, tailoring the game to their preferred playstyle.
