- SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires Bluetooth to be enabled. The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), minimizing battery drain.
- SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires location services to be enabled. It does not use GPS; instead, it uses BLE to locate the sensors.
- While continued background GPS use can impact battery life, SmartTyre Car & Bike only uses background GPS when explicitly enabled through optional features requiring this functionality.
