Gameplay Details:
Each player receives 8 cards. The remaining cards form the draw pile, with the top card starting the discard pile. On your turn, play a matching card (color, number, or power) onto the discard pile. If you can't play, draw from the draw pile. Then, pass your turn.
Stacking Power Cards: +2 wild cards can be stacked to increase the next player's penalty, but you can't play a +2 on another +2.
The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game concludes when a player reaches a predetermined score.
