The newest Silent Hill 2 remake news on the game's launch has arrived via a recent trailer, confirming its release date for the PS5 and PC and hinting at when players can anticipate the game's arrival on other consoles and platforms.

Although the game will also be available on the PC, Sony confirmed that Silent Hill 2 remake is "not available on other formats until 10.08.2025."

We don't anticipate the PS6 to release around that time, so this confirmation from Sony could suggest that Silent Hill 2 remake may potentially launch on other platforms such as the Xbox consoles and Nintendo Switch, among others.
