Once a leading special tourist zone, HAMA Ward 18 has fallen into decline. The protagonist, deeply connected to HAMA where they were born and raised, joins the travel agency "HAMA Tours" as a "chief" with the mission to revive the tourism industry. Alongside their childhood friend Daikoku Kawai, they embark on a journey filled with mysterious happenings and a fervent dedication to hospitality.
The protagonist collaborates with unique mayors from each ward, planning package tours to breathe new life into the region. Throughout the adventure, the protagonist's travel partners—the tourism district leaders—carry personal burdens they can't share. These experiences are captured on cassette tapes, serving as cherished memories of an unforgettable trip.
