Stable Multiplayer Foundation:
The core co-op gameplay is now live. Play with up to 4 players in real time as you navigate the decaying corridors of Black Hollow Research Facility. Communication and trust are your only weapons. -
New Environment – Wing 7: The Isolation Blocks:
Explore the original test chamber complex, now fully rendered with flickering lights, dripping pipes, and walls scarred by claw marks. The air hums with distant screams… and something else. -
Dynamic AI Enemies (Beta):
Survivors are not the only ones who move. The Patients react to sound, light, and player behavior. Some will stalk. Some will ambush. One may even mimic a voice you trust. -
Improved Audio Design:
Heightened realism with 3D spatial audio. Every footstep echoes. Every breath feels too loud. You’ll hear the lab door creak behind you… even when you’re alone. -
New Survival Mechanics:
- Sanity System (Prototype): Prolonged exposure to horrors drains your mental state. Hallucinations may distort reality—or reveal hidden threats.
- Shared Resources: Scavenge batteries, medical kits, and keys. But keep an eye on your allies—some may hoard, others may sabotage.

- Fixed crash on map load (major thank you to early testers).
- Fixed audio desync during voice chat.
