Welcome to the first official public release of Captivity — a multiplayer horror experience where sanity is the first casualty. As the facility’s lights flicker and whispers echo through rusted corridors, you’re not just running from monsters. You’re running from what they’ve made of you.

Survival Multiplayer (2–4 Players)
Team up with friends—or betray them. Every alliance is fragile. Every shadow could be your last. -
Procedurally Generated Facilities
No two escapes are the same. Corridors twist. Rooms rearrange. The facility breathes. -
Dynamic Enemy AI
Enemies adapt to your tactics. If you hide, they’ll stalk. If you run, they’ll hunt in packs. And they remember. -
Psychological Horror Mechanics
Audio hallucinations, distorted mirrors, and fragmented memories slowly erode your grip on reality. Is your voice really yours? -
Character Class System (Beta)
Choose from three initial roles:- The Escaped – Fast and stealthy, but fragile under pressure.
- The Broken – High resilience, but prone to sudden mental breakdowns.
- The Watcher – Can detect enemy movements through walls… but at a cost.

Voice-Activated Communication (Optional)
Speak in real time to coordinate with teammates — but be warned: the facility might be listening… and replaying your words. -
Minimalist but Haunting Sound Design
Every footstep, every breath, every creak is meant to unsettle. No jump scares — just dread.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Fixed audio desync in multiplayer sessions
- Resolved frequent camera jitter during sprint animations
- Patched exploit allowing players to clip through walls in certain spawn zones
- Reduced latency spikes in connection-heavy environments
- Improved load times between facility zones
- Adjusted enemy spawn rates to prevent overcrowding
🔒 Known Issues (Version 0.1)
- Occasional desync when multiple players activate doors simultaneously
- Voice chat can sometimes pick up background noise from AI dialogue
- Some texture pop-in on distant walls (optimized for performance)
We’re actively monitoring feedback and plan to patch these issues in Version 0.2 (ETA: March 2024).
