The official KFC South Africa app is your gateway to exclusive offers and a seamless ordering experience. With the KFC Hook-App, you can order your favorite KFC dishes online and choose to collect them in-restaurant, via Curbside, or through the Drive-Thru, with limited delivery options currently available.
At the moment, delivery through the app is offered at 450 restaurants, with plans to expand our delivery network in early 2022. Stay tuned for updates! For those who prefer to collect their meals, we have 850 restaurants nationwide ready to serve you.
Ordering through the app makes collection quick and convenient at your nearest KFC. Depending on the location, you can opt for in-store pickup at the front counter, Drive-Thru collection (where available), or Curbside pickup (where available).
For a safer and faster experience, consider using our contactless payment option when ordering online. When you're ready to collect your food, simply complete the "check-in" request from your phone to ensure your meal is prepared hot and fresh. Then, show your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to collect your delicious KFC order.
Getting started is easy—just register an account to explore the KFC delivery or collection menu. Once you're set up, you'll have access to online exclusive deals available only through the KFC Hook-App South Africa. And for an even more convenient experience, try our Curbside collection service. Simply order online, park in a dedicated bay at the participating KFC restaurant, and have your meal delivered straight to your car. This service is available at over 50 restaurants.
