"AFK Journey Teams Up with Fairy Tail for May Launch"

Get ready, AFK Journey fans, because the game is about to get a whole lot more magical with its first-ever crossover event! Teaming up with the beloved Japanese manga series, Fairy Tail, by Hiro Mashima, this collaboration is set to bring a new level of excitement to the game.

Who Are the Guests in AFK Journey’s First Crossover with Fairy Tail?

The crossover event introduces two iconic characters from Fairy Tail: Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia. Both characters are joining the new Dimensional faction in AFK Journey. Natsu, known for his fiery spirit, is confirmed as an S-level character, suggesting he might be a challenging hero to acquire. Lucy, on the other hand, will be an A-level character, potentially more accessible to players. While their specific roles and classes are yet to be revealed, the inclusion of these characters is sure to shake up the game's dynamics and possibly influence the meta. It'll be fascinating to see how they integrate with the existing factions and what unique abilities they bring to the table.

When Is the Crossover Launching?

Mark your calendars—AFK Journey's collaboration with Fairy Tail is set to launch on Android on May 1st, 2025. The duration of the event remains undisclosed, but the developers have released an exciting trailer, which you can watch right here:

Unlike its predecessor, AFK Arena, AFK Journey is a 3D open-world RPG. This means that players will get to see Natsu and Lucy in full 3D glory, a treat for fans of both the game and the manga series.

Currently, AFK Journey is running an event called Justice Descends, where you can meet the new Celestial Hero, Athalia, and earn Stellar Crystals and Temporal Essences. There's also the Dawnlight Revelry event offering even more rewards. Don't miss out—check out the game on the Google Play Store.
