Astral Feathers are exceptionally rare, harvested solely from the Astral Swan. This magnificent bird resides in the Abandoned District, requiring significant story progression to access.
Navigate the Abandoned District by unlocking Skyways for Floral Gliding between stonetree islands and utilizing Warp Spires for efficient travel. The Astral Swan is located on the Stellar Fishing Ground island. Complete main story quests to reach the central island housing the Handsome Lads Circus; unlock the corresponding Warp Spire for easy return access. Ensure Nikki possesses the Floral Gliding ability.
From the Handsome Lads Circus Warp Spire, head towards the center, then right to the Strawhat Sleepy Station, providing Skyway access to the Stellar Fishing Ground. Utilize Floral Gliding, leveraging currents and stamina restoration items.
Upon arrival, unlock the Stellar Fishing Ground Trail Warp Spire for easy teleport access. Ascend to the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak, a tranquil area where the Astral Swan nests. Unlock the Warp Spire here and interact with Curious Pinny to initiate the "Soaring Above the Starry Sky" quest.
