Gamescom Latam 2024 Crowns "What the Car?" Best Mobile Game

Gamescom Latam, the inaugural gaming event held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, successfully showcased Latin America's burgeoning gaming scene and celebrated global industry achievements. A highlight was the game awards ceremony, a collaboration with the BIG Festival, featuring a spectacular presentation of winners across thirteen categories.

A panel of 49 judges selected finalists, all playable at the Sao Paulo Expo. It was refreshing to see mobile and PC games showcased together, highlighting the equal importance of both platforms.

The coveted "Best Mobile Game" award went to Triband ApS's "What the Car?", a well-deserved win. The game, previously featured in an article highlighting lesser-known gems, now enjoys broader recognition.
